| i agree with banning stall, armor and exodia
and of course burn is so banned xD
limiting monarchs is a nice move
and banning marsh and reaper is good idea coz basically they r used to stall
so yeah the ban list will look like this
KCVDS ban list

Edit by Unkown: DAD not banned. I've seen many great decks with DAD I would not like to ruin them, unbanning DAD will make this tourney much more exiting.
Either Marshamllon or Spirit reaper. I think marshmallon should be since its hard to destroy and deals 1000 LP. Spirit reaper can be easily destroyed by using for EX Shrink since spirit reaper is destroyed whenver it is targeted by a spell trap or effect card ( it does not have to be destroyed by a card that sais destroy a monster )
