Graphic designing lessons (all pros must read)

just a random thought
since we have some real active pro graphic designers here
why not giving some lessons to beginners
like how to make a cool render
how to make ur text glow, stuff like that
well, i hope that nina would start this coz like we all know, she is the best around
of course i don't wanna miss someone so i'll just say nina -.-
